Did you know mixing fresh fruit and dairy can actually be a bad food combo in your belly? Fresh fruit actually is best when eaten alone or with nuts. That's why using almond or cashew milk for a fruit shake like this one is always a better option for a happy belly.

INGREDIENTS


1.5 cup fresh strawberries

1/2 cup homemade cashew milk

1/2 cup filtered water

2 dates, pitted and chopped

 1/2 tsp vanilla

pinch o salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for one minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
