Lets escape to the tropics shall we? This healthy pineapple shake is bound to elevate your morning smoothie game. Sugar free, dairy free and packed with B vitamins, potassium, zinc, magnesium and vitamins C - your body will thank you.

Drink this as a refreshing morning juice, a tropical afternoon snack or as a sweet tooth fix after dinner :)

raw / vegan / sugar free


INGREDIENTS

1.5 cups fresh pineapple, diced

1/2 cup nut milk of choice (almond, cashew or hazlenut)

1/2 cup water

1/2 tsp vanila extract

2 tbsp shredded coconut

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender for 1 minute.


Serve immediately. If you’d like a garnish - top with a dash of cinnamon.


Note: I like to drink this at room temperature - but If you are looking for a more frozen drink approach- throw in a few ice cubs before blending - but be advised drinking ice cold drinks can be a bit more taxing on the digestive tract - so do what works for you!
